Brieanna is a trauma-informed Mental Health Occupational Therapist local to Edmonton. She assists adults with anxiety, neurodiversity, stress, and trauma-related issues — notably experienced working with First Responders, Veterans, and Canadian Forces Members.
With her collaborative, holistic approach, helping to recover and reconnect from burnout or psychological injury is a passion of hers. She understands that healing takes time and it's important to work at a sustainable pace - helping to restore confidence, self-esteem, and meaningful activity one step at a time.
