Deliberate Activity
Be In the Moment, Act With Intention
Healthy habits and staying active are essential for health, shaping how our bodies feel and minds function. When important things are disrupted or demands are high, we tend to lose balance and start doing things on autopilot. Eventually, this results in disconnection, low motivation, and feeling overwhelmed.
Mindful Rehab strives to help you be at your best in your roles, responsibilities, relationships, and pursuits.

Activity Balance
Balance can be different for everyone, and doesn't need to be perfect.
Productive
Regular demands and tasks that keep things moving forward. Often requiring time and effort, they help us feel capable, purposeful, and bring a sense of progress or achievement.

Restorative
Practices and habits for physical and mental recovery. Recharging effectively let us stay present and focused, make effective decisions, and be resilient through difficult days.

When Activity Gets Interrupted
Life and health challenges commonly disrupt regular activities.
Major or persistent interruptions contribute to health and function issues.

Low Energy
Fatigue, exhaustion, and burnout

Big Emotions
Feelings that feed into reactivity

Brain Fog
Reduced presence, focus, and memory

Feeling Stuck
Loss of momentum and procrastination

Isolation
Social withdrawal and avoiding connections
Activities of Daily Living
For Yourself
Personal care, hobbies, and routines restore inner balance and support a strong sense of identity. Interests and fun activities enrich daily life, build resilience, and support overall wellbeing.

For Work
Work is vital to make ends meet. Career, study, and volunteer efforts provide structure, life direction, and accomplishment. Improving skills and seeing success builds confidence and self-esteem.
In Your Space
Household tasks and care for your environment creates order and comfort. A supportive space will reduce stress, increase motivation, and make it easier to engage in other important activities.
With Others
We all benefit from a sense of community - shared space and activity, time with friends and family. It helps to decompress, strengthen bonds, make new connections, and find new interests.
