Anthony Siffledeen is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist with a client-centered approach built on compassion, trust, and evidence-based care. His work supports individuals through pain, emotional distress, trauma, and major life transitions using a variety of approaches tailored to each person’s goals and strengths.
With a background in both individual and group therapy, Anthony draws on techniques like CBT and DBT to help clients develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical strategies to move forward. His sessions are collaborative and focused on real-world outcomes, helping clients restore function, confidence, and clarity.
